Self-Service Sandbags Available for Residents
Self-service sandbags will be available for St. Mary’s County residents wishing to prepare for possible flooding conditions due to Tropical Storm Debby on Wednesday, August 7, and Thursday, August 8, 2024, at the St. Andrew’s Landfill during regular business hours 8am to 4:30pm.
Sandbags Available to St. Mary’s Residents
St. Mary’s County will offer self-service sandbags Thursday, July 8, 2021, until 5 pm for citizens wishing to prepare for possible flooding due to Tropical Storm Elsa.
Sandbags Available at 6 County Sites
Self-service sandbags will be available Tuesday and Wednesday, October 27 and 28, 2020, for St. Mary’s County citizens wishing to prepare for possible flooding conditions later this week due to Tropical Storm Zeta.
Sandbag Shortage in Clements and Charlotte Hall
Free sandbags are still available at St. Mary’s County’s four other convenience centers.
