Hoyer Congratulates Art Contest Winners
Congressman Steny H. Hoyer recently congratulated the winners of the 2025 Fifth District Congressional Art Competition. Cynclair Wilson of Charles County placed first in the contest with her work titled, “Ancestral Wisdom.”
