Public Cooling Centers Available July 15-18
Due to extreme heat in the forecast, St. Mary’s County government announced the availability of cooling centers for the public from Wednesday, July 15, through Saturday, July 18, 2026. Residents may take refuge in one of these cool places.
Caregivers Support Group Meets
St. Mary’s County Department of Aging & Human Services welcomes caregivers to a new Caregivers Support Group, which meets once a month in Leonardtown.
