Local farmers and agricultural producers might be eligible for emergency USDA loans to aid in recovery efforts due to drought and excessive heat that occurred last summer.
SMECO Scholarship Application Deadline April 1
Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative will award four $2,500 scholarships to local high school students who excel in their endeavors and show promise in their chosen field of study. Students have until April 1, 2025, to apply.
Spring Break Program at Piney Point Museum
