Summerstock 2016 will present Disney’s “The Little Mermaid” on the Great Mills High School stage Friday-Sunday, July 29 – 31. Saturday matinee (July 30) begins at 1 pm. Sunday shows begin at 3 pm, while all other evening shows will start at 7 pm.

Hoyer Announces Funding for Vets Housing
Congressman Steny H. Hoyer announces US Department of Housing and Urban Development awards $44,220 to Calvert County Housing Authority to help find permanent homes for homeless veterans. The grant funding is provided through the HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing program and can be used for housing homeless vets in Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties.
