Be the Coolest. Make the Splash

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is holding the coolest event in Southern Maryland.

The St. Mary’s Splash will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at Point Lookout State Park. It is a fun and exciting way to show support for Special Olympics Maryland, St. Mary’s County.

Registration begins at 11am, and the highly anticipated plunge into the chilly waters is set for 1pm. The event supports local Special Olympics athletes who compete in 14 different sports and benefit from this incredible program on and off the playing field.

Whether you take the plunge or cheer from the shore, the St. Mary’s Splash is an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause.
