Navy Seeks Warehouse Space in St. Mary’s

The Department of the Navy is looking for space to lease a warehouse in St. Mary’s County, according to the county Department of Economic and Community Development. The space requirements are:

– Approximately 29,137 square feet of clear span warehouse space

– 1,380 square feet of office space

– Secured outside storage of approximately 2,500 square feet

– PARKING:  Sixteen (16) dedicated parking spaces are required
