Violence, Injury, & Trauma Team to Meet

The Violence, Injury, and Trauma Action Team of the Healthy St. Mary’s Partnership will meet from 1 to 2pm Thursday, June 25.

The action team is dedicated to addressing community violence, domestic violence, unintentional and intentional injuries, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and the trauma associated with these factors which can affect a person’s health and well-being.

New members are always welcome to join the Violence, Injury, and Trauma Action Team. To be notified of upcoming events and meetings, sign up for membership in the Healthy St. Mary’s Partnership and indicate “Violence, Injury, and Trauma” as your interest.
The Healthy St. Mary’s Partnership invites all who live, work, or play in St. Mary’s to complete the Community Health Assessment. The purpose of this survey is to get opinions about community health problems in the county.
HSMP will utilize the results of the survey, along with other available information, to identify the most pressing issues that can be addressed through community action. Input through the survey is anonymous. The survey will take 5 to 10 minutes and is available in English and Spanish. The survey is open until June 30, 2026.
