Pax Noise Advisory Set Dec. 8-Jan. 30

Communities surrounding the Patuxent River Naval Air Station are advised that noise-generating testing events are scheduled to take place from 8am to 5pm December 8, 2025, through January 30, for Open Air Engine Test Cell (OAETC) operations.

Residents may notice increased noise levels due to these operations.

As with all operations, NAS Patuxent River takes precautions to lessen the impact of testing activities on the community.
