In 2021, I gave snarky names to 10 Ospreys who spent their summers within range of my middling telescope and I needed a way to differentiate them. There were so many Osprey through 2023 their poop was a community issue. Then it wasn’t an issue anymore.

Get ready to kick off the 2016 United Way of St. Mary’s County Day of Caring at the Campaign Kick-Off Breakfast. This year’s Day of Caring is scheduled for Sept. 9, 2016, and the day will begin with breakfast at the Dr. James A. Forrest Career and Technology Center in Leonardtown, MD.
