Columbus Day Closings in St. Mary’s
All St. Mary’s County government administrative offices will be closed Oct. 9 in observance of Columbus Day. The St. Andrew’s Landfill and convenience centers will be open and operate as normal Oct. 9.

A Back-to-School Surprise for Carver ES
The Patuxent River Naval Air Museum donated school supplies to George Washington Carver Elementary School in Lexington Park. The museum began the school supply drive at the beginning of the summer as a way to give back to the community.
